RELOCATION SERVICES:

1. Relocation Consulting:

• Assessment of individual requirements
• Customized relocation consulting and research
• Residence and entry procedures: immigration regulations, visa requirements, resident cards, permits.
• Preliminary preparations: leaving your home, moving, packing, importing belongings, departure preparations
• Financial and administrative considerations: banking, taxes, credit cards, debit cards, bills, insurance, health care
• Housing: rental procedures, leases, utilities, taxes, insurance, tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities
• Getting around: driving information, licenses, public transportation, parking, road systems
• Vehicle arrangements: reservations for long term car lease via guaranteed buyback (leaseback) programs, importing a car, buying a car.
• Living in France : work, health care, education, schools, language, culture, children, pets, communication, activities, TV, telephone, Internet, computers, and destination information
• Resources: expatriate associations, embassies and consulates, recommended reading and resources, valuable web sites, useful contacts

 2. Long-term Property Rentals: France Bound offers a portfolio of long term rental properties in a full range of size, location and budget to suit your requirements. Additional properties are sourced through a valuable network of reputable international contacts and resources. Properties, owners and representatives are carefully selected and screened to ensure reliability and quality.

FEES:

1. Relocation Consulting Fees:
   • $75 per hour plus expenses for research & consulting.
   • $250 non-refundable prepayment required to engage consulting services.
2. Long term Property Rental Fee:
   • Agency fee is equivalent to one month's rent per annum or pro rata for leases between 3-6 months.
   • Prepayment: a $250 non-refundable advance is required to engage long term rental services.
   • The prepayment will be credited toward the service fee upon successful completion of a lease agreement arranged by France Bound.

Additional charges:

• $200 late booking supplement for requests for service within 3 months of departure.
• Expenses such as long distance charges, faxes, bank fees, shipping/postage/courier costs etc. are charged separately.
• Professional fees do not include taxes.
