Enter this completely renovated apartment and follow the hallway past the bedroom and into the bright & spacious living room, with the kitchen on the left side and doors leading to the large veranda room and terrace on the right side. The living room has bright contemporary furnishings including a good quality and comfortable red couch, which converts to a double bed, and brightly coloured coffee table & chairs. There is also a TV with French channels and a large mirrored closet for storage.
Large glass doors lead to the spacious veranda/dining room which has patio dining tables and chairs and glass doors opening out to the large outdoor terrace.
The terrace has a bistro table, chairs, sun lounger, and views of the sea to the right and the mountains to the left.
The fully equipped and bright kitchen is open to the living room and is fitted with white cabinets, white corian counters, and a bar counter with 2 stools. The kitchen is equipped with a 2 burner electric stove, small electric oven (toaster oven), under counter refrigerator, washing machine, cooking equipment and tableware. Off the back of the kitchen is a balcony with views of Nice and the surrounding mountains.

Off the entry hall, the bedroom features a good quality double bed. The bathroom has a stall shower, vanity with sink, WC, hair dryer etc. Additional guests can be accommodated on the comfortable double sofabed in the living room. |

Excellent location across from the beaches, and just steps from cafes, shops and restaurants. Good bus, tram and train service within the city and to nearby towns. |
