Aix Garden Apartment is a located in a 19th century building. The apartment has 90 m2 and is surrounded by its own private garden (200 m2) giving the impression of living in the country. The ground-floor apartment is fully-modernized and makes and ideal base from which to discover why sophisticated Aix is voted again and again by the French as the city they’d most like to live in.
Aix Garden Apartment offers the best of 2 worlds: the center of town with the feeling of country-living. This rental apartment in Aix en Provence is located just around the corner from the famous Cours Mirabeau, but since all the rooms in the apartment on the garden side, you will not be bothered by any noise. The covered terrace offers total privacy and the 250m2/ 2700ft2 garden, is a rare oasis of in the heat of the Provencal summer.
The large open plan living/dining room has bay windows and doors leading out to the terrace, patio and garden. This bright and spacious living room is comfortably furnished with sofas, TV & DVD. The dining area is furnished with a table and seating for 6.
The den can serve as a 2nd sitting room or as a 2nd bedroom.
In the large kitchen there's everything you'll need to cook and serve your own gourmet meals, including a 4 burner stove, freezer, fridge, microwave, oven and washing machine. |

Two bedrooms each with a double bed. There is a full bathroom and WC.
2 bedrooms, sleeps maximum of 5 people Bedroom 1 - Double Bed.
Bedroom 2 - Double Bed and 1 Single Bed.
There is one bedroom with double bed + vanity sink. The 2nd bedroom is actually a 26 m2/ 280 ft2 multi-purpose room with access to the terrace and is furnished with 2 sofas that make into a comfortable double + single bed (sleeping for 3). This room can either be used as a den-sitting room when only 1 couple renting, or for parties of 2 couples or those with children, as the second bedroom. NB: all of the rooms are located on the garden side of the building and therefore quiet for sleeping.

The garden, with flowering trees and shrubs has a private gated entry. Shady in the afternoon, it is a rare oasis of refreshment in the heat of the Provencal summer. The solarium living/dining room, with large veranda windows and doors leading out to the covered terrace and garden, will be appreciated from sunrise to sunset. |

Aix en Provence is the ideal location for visiting and exploring an extraordinary diversity of historical towns and villages, outdoor parks, mountains, lakes, remote seaside cliffs or world famous resorts. In less than one hour you can be in the old port of Marseille; on the cliffs of Cassis overlooking the sea; lying on one of the many near-by beaches; visiting one of the famous villages of the Vaucluse. Besides the proximity to the famous towns of the Cote d‚ÄôAzur, in less than 2 hours you can be canoeing or hiking along the Ardeche river; in Camargue looking at the pink flamingos and wild ponies before strolling along the sandy beaches of St.Marie; climbing the canyons of ‚ÄúThe Little Colorado‚Äù; visiting the little known back lands of the Var; touring the wine districts of Chateauneuf du Pape, Cotes du Rh?¥ne, as well as the local wines of Cassis, Bandol. Half a day‚Äôs drive will take you to Italy or Spain.
