| Description: | This is a beautifully decorated and furnished house with lots of attention to detail. Many typical Provencal features have been maintained including floor tiles, beamed ceilings, soft colours and beautiful fabrics. The ground floor has an entry hall with stairs leading to the first floor, and two ensuite bedrooms on either side of the entry hall. Also on the ground floor is a laundry/utility room equipped with a washing machine, an extra fridge and a cave for wine. Upstairs on the 1st floor is the main living area with a living and dining area, and an open plan kitchen. The living room area is decorated in soft cream & yellow, and furnished with a large comfortable couch, 2 upholstered easy chairs, and lots of attractive decorative touches. The dining room area has a dining table with 6 chairs. The fully equipped sunny-yellow kitchen is spacious with an open plan layout with tile floors, stone countertops, and charming decor. Also on the 1st floor is the 3rd bedroom and bathroom. The top (2nd) floor has a sunny terrace (approx. 28m2) with spectacular views, and an enclosed summer kitchen equipped with a small fridge, 2 burner stove, kettle, sink. table & chairs. The terrace is very private and features beautiful vines, an iron bistro table and chairs, and extraordinary views. The 4th bedroom with bathroom is also located on this top level. The house is sunny and bright and has lots of light throughout. |

All bedrooms are very well appointed and very tatefully furnished and decorated. The 1st ground floor bedroom is on the left from the entry hall. The bedroom is beautifully decorated and furnished with twin beds (can be pushed together to make a king bed), a small couch, bedside tables & reading lamps, tile floors with area rugs, and beamed ceilings. The room is painted in soft Provencal tones and decorated with lovely fabrics and bed linens. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower with shower curtain, sink and WC. The 2nd ground floor bedroom is on the right from the entry hall. It is very attractively decorated and furnished with a queen bed, bedside tables & reading lamps, and an open plan ensuite bathroom separted from the bedroom by curtained shutters. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with shower curtain, sink and WC. On the 1st floor, you will find the 3rd bedroom which has a double bed, bedside tables & reading lamps, carpeted floor, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub & hand shower (no curtain), sink and WC. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by an attractive fabric area screen. The top (2nd) floor: has a 4th bedroom with a double bed, floral fabrics, carpeted floors, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower with shower curtain, sink and WC. |

The charming village of Puymeras is small and quiet, but offers all the basics including a cafe, bistro, restaurant etc. Nearby, Vaison offers a fabulous Provencal outdoor market, grocery stores and all amenitites. The area is well known for its famous C?¥tes du Rh?¥ne wine villages, and there is a Bar a Vin for wine tasting in the next village. Other features of the region include olives, rolling hills and mountains (Mont Ventoux, Dentelles de Montmirail). | ||||
