This villa rental in St. Paul de Vence is surrounded by elegant gardens, an exceptional swimming pool, and an expansive terrace with a commanding view of the Riviera. Designed and built as an intimate, luxury guesthouse it is very much a modern work of art constructed of albinic Provencal stone, sculpted in bold sweeping lines. The villa features a retractable glass-enclosed reception atrium, vaulted and pillared halls within & sleek marble flooring throughout, which give the villa an airy modern feel, while retaining a comfortable and intimate ambience.
Villa St Paul has a fully equipped, modern bar/kitchen (huge refrigerator/ice-maker), luxurious common rooms, an exceptional view of the sea, the valley of the Loup and the village of St Paul, security systems, Guest Bathroom, CD Sound Sytem, Summer Kitchen, one of the largest private pools on the Riviera, extensive gardens and truly unique architecture, including a retractable glass roof. There is also high speed wireless internet throughout most of the villa as well as a laptop for guests use.

This beautiful Villa is equipped with 6 bedrooms (2 suites, 2 sea view rooms and 2 garden view rooms). All rooms are luxurious and fully equipped with quality linens, towels, etc.
All bedroom suites enjoy a sea or garden view from a private balcony or terrace and each room has its own style, art, and personality. The bedrooms are luxuriously furnished with a queensize bed. In 5 of the 6 bedrooms, the beds can be separated into twin beds if required. Only one of the bedrooms has a queen bed that cannot be converted into 2 single beds.

The villa is equipped with security System (motion sensitive lights, door alarm) and Wireless internet access (no fees) in common areas and most bedrooms. Rental includes: maid service (daily except Sunday), gardener, and pool service, as well as water and electricity and final cleaning.
This villa includes an English speaking local host/rental manager. We can also arrange for cooks, guides, caterers, and nearly any other service you may require.
Check-in time is no later than 9:00 PM without special arrangement. Check-out time is 11:00 am. |

The Riviera, all of Provence, Monaco, Northern Italy and the French Alps are pleasant outings away - open all the year for Christmas, New Years, the Cannes Film Festival, the Grand Prix Monaco, Carnival, and the many conferences from St. Tropez to Monaco. Often guests stay at the Villa to relax prior to or just after a conference. St. Paul is the 3rd most popular destination in France and we can also provide you more information on the area, if you need. |
