The living room is straight ahead and features original parquet floors, a beautiful white porcelain stove that heated the apartment in the 1800s, and a large window that overlooks the street below and provides plenty of sunshine. Of course, La Grande Dame de Paris, the Eiffel Tower, in all her glory is directly in front of you. It almost feels like you can reach out and touch it, but it is actually a block and a half away on the beautiful gardens of the Champs du Mars. An excellent quality and comfortable sofa converts to a double bed at night. It is great for relaxing on and the high quality constructions means a superb sleep at night. A comfortable armchair sits on your left along with large flat screened TV and stereo.

The marble dining table sits next to the window so you can fully enjoy the views, truly unforgettable at night. You won’t want to eat anywhere else in Paris – and you will save money by not eating to eat at restaurants for every meal! Decorated in beige with highlights of soft yellow, the room provides a very warm and welcoming feel. Of course, the piece de resistance is the view; stand at the windows of the living room or bedroom and see the Eiffel Tower ahead of you in all her glory. It’s beautiful any time of day, but it’s quite magical at night when it lights up and glows softly at sunset. Ideal for a couple, or a family of 3. This apartment enjoys lots of light and lovely views of the Eiffel tower from its location overlooking the street, however light sleepers should be warned that street noise is audible.
Reviews: we had a WONDERFUL stay in Paris! Everyone was wonderful and the apartment manager met us at the apartment and was very helpful. Everything was great. We loved the apartment and its location is ideal. We were so impressed. My one tip for anyone travelling over the Christmas holidays is to visit any major sites BEFORE Christmas. The lines were five or ten times longer after Christmas due to holiday tours...It didn't really affect us because we had the museum passes and we had visited a couple of museums before Christmas. We really enjoyed daily life in Paris. What a perfect place ! Thanks. S. McPeak. Seattle. Jan 2008.
