The villa has exceptional style and is elegantly furnished in Provencal style. The house is filled with sunshine and decorated in a fresh blue colour scheme. All comforts and amenities are offered to ensure an extremely pleasant stay.
The house is all on one level and includes: a reception/entry hall, living room with large fireplace, satellite TV, VCR, stereo and doors opening to the terrace. The dining room has a large table and seating for 8 and doors leading to the south-facing terraces.
The main kitchen is next to the dining room and the summer/outdoor kitchen. Both kitchens are extremely well equipped: 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, 2 ovens, 2 stove/cook tops, microwave, BBQ. |

A large private property (2000m2) with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the surrounding hills. The poolside summer kitchen and dining area overlook the pool. The pool measures 14m x 5m and has an automatic thermal cover, which heats the pool naturally throughout the year. There are sun loungers for 8 persons. The house has an area of 200m2. The house is surrounded by a beautiful, well-established garden with a panoply of typical provencal trees, flowers and shrubs. From the terrace you have a view of the Mediterranean, the Lerins islands and the Massif de L’Esterel. |

The villa was just what we expected and the pool and grounds were great - even better than expected ! The house manager was most helpful. and the weather was superb. Blue skies and sunshine day after day. Noon temperatures were never above 28 degrees Celsius nor below 21 degrees Celsius. The food in the many restaurants we tried was never disappointing and sometimes superb. Not surprising, I suppose. This was, after all, France. All in all we enjoyed a memorable several weeks in an excellent and well-cared-for rental property. B. Dimma. Toronto. Aug/08 |

The location is perfect for year-round vacations. It is about 40 minutes drive from Nice airport and 3 kms from the main street of Grasse. The city of Cannes is only 20 minutes from the front door. Ideally located to explore the beaches of the Cote D’Azur, the delights of St. Tropez, Antibes, Monte Carlo and the picturesque small villages of Provence. Five first-class golf courses are within a 20-minute drive and miles of hiking trails are within easy access. |
