Entrance to the property is through automatic gates leading into the large grounds. The Provencal style house is sunny and comfortably furnished. All accommodations are on one level. The entrance hall leads to a huge open plan dining room with French doors leading out to the terraces and overlooking the pool and garden. Indoor and outdoor dining tables allow visitors to enjoy the view of the pool from either location. The bright sunken living room also faces south to benefit from the sunshine and views. It has a large comfortable sectional sofa, TV and fireplace. The kitchen is on the north side of the house and has a cool shady terrace off the back. The spacious kitchen is decorated in cheerful Provencal tiles, and soft yellow cabinets. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking equipment and tableware, and has a small breakfast table for 4. |

There are 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and an additional sleeping area in the study with a single convertible sofa. The simply furnished bedrooms are situated on the north side of the house to stay cool in the summer. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, one with a shower, and 2 separate WC's are situated next to each bathroom. |
